at your age, still young to have a muscle built. concentrate first in cardio exercise.

It’s easy to gain muscle when you are young… VERY EASY… so just eat lots of meat and fibre and do basic jogging or running… I don’t think you should weight train at this point… you could stunt your growth and be short forever…

Reasonable diet is very important, the human body needs a balanced intake of the element, of course, physical exercise is very important, this is my point.

You are too young to be worried about gaining muscle and losing fat. Ask this question in three years and I will be more than happy to elaborate on what you should be doing.
Something I can recommend for you, however, is to completely cut out fast food and soda. Everything else is fair game for you to eat (in moderation). This paired with your camp will get you into a much more healthy lifestyle. Stay with a sport! If you like basketball, that’s rad – its great cardio and training for basketball will benefit you too. Also, using a sport to get in shape will motivate you more because you will get better at the sport and it won’t feel like you’re working out, but rather playing ball.
Best of luck to you, and have fun!
