What kind of diet should I go on to lose some body fat?

So I’m 14 years old, weigh 112 pounds, and I’m 5’1″. It might sound like a good healthy weight for my age, but I have like 31% body fat or something and it seems to just all go to my thighs. Are there any diets or something I can go on to lose that? None of my jeans fit me anymore and I can’t afford to go out and buy more. I have a membership at Curves but I stopped going there because it wasn’t working.

    run or do some sort of cardio everyday. and eat healthy, almost emilinate junk food. don’t forget there is healthy snack food, and remember muscle weighs more than fat. so don’t worry about the number on the scale, and if you eat healthy and exercise than you have nothing to worry about. it all takes time though so don’t rush. hope i helped =]

    If you do exercises that focus more towards your legs that would help strengthen your muscles and lose the fat.
