What is the fastest way to lose weight in a week?

I need to lose weight by next Wednesday… How can I lose it in those 5 days? Help!

    don’t go on any crash diets , but work out and eat only healthy foods.

    Make sure you eat healthy, stay away from ANYTHING that contains Fructose Corn Syrup. That is a must! That includes pop/soda to prepackaged foods

    Follow these steps:

    Morning-6 am
    Snack-9 am
    Lunch- noon
    Snack-3 pm
    Dinner- 6 pm
    Snack- 7 pm (optional)

    When eating morning, lunch, and dinner- make sure you are eating in proportions. Count calories of all food intake, do not exceed 1000 calories. Stay away from fatty foods: white breads, sugars, and soda. Do drink lots of water, at least 68 ounces a day. When snacking, have half an apple or some type of fruit or vegetable. Always drink a glass of water with each meal and snack. It seems like you are eating allot. But in actuality, you are not. By eating periodically throughout the day, you will prevent hunger pains and feel more energized. Do not eat after 8 pm.

    Do daily:
    100 sit ups
    100 squats
    30 min of cardio

    Cardio is easy to do. Just keep your body moving. Watch music videos and dance crazy like nobody is watching! Run up and down a flight of stairs. Take a brisk walk through the park. Go to the mall and exercise while shopping for some new threads.

    Sit ups really do work and help flatten your tummy even faster than cardio alone. Squats are extremely helpful because it helps builds leg muscle and tightens the butt.

    Eat right. Exercise. Rest. Repeat.
