    Spinning class is really good for that. Eat lots of fruits and veggies. Period. Don’t eat anything with a lot of sugar, sodium, or fat. Don’t OVEREAT bread.

    But, fat doesn’t always burn from the areas you want it to.

    But lots of cardio and muscle toning with weight machines, as well as with a low fat diet should do the trick.
