what is the best way to loose weight fast and tone inner thighs?

ok, so i know i should have gotten off my fat aZz a long time ago and started, yes i should be eating healthier than i am , but honestly , i don’t have the strength or energy to deal with all that right now. My husband, is a soldier in the army and deployed to Iraq, is coming home in 2 months. I absolutely love food, and it doesn’t matter to me weither its good food or bad for you food. I just like to eat. I know if i exercise and walk everyday with a low cal, diet. I can loose 10lbs, but thats not enough for me. I want to loose 15-20 and someone suggested to me that hydroxycut works wonders. I just wanted to see if anyone else has a opinion. I am almost 25 with a 3yr.old so my metabolism is kinda slacking. I really need to lose 40lbs to be healthy weight range, so my dr. says, but 30 would put me where I want to be. please, be kind and helpful, this is for my husband. thanks \

    All it is is portion control along with low calorie intake. at least 45-60 minutes of moderate to heavy exercise 5 days a week and also strength training for 30 min at least 4 times a week. It foes take work, but you WILL see results. Be cautious of any weight loss pills, they often have awful side effects to one’s internal organs. I have lost 20 lbs this way so far, and i am still going. Good luck!
    NO soda and no juices…juices pack a lot of sugar and calories.

    Fast weight loss is a really bad idea. Your body thinks that there is a famine and starts to cut back on using calories. As soon as you eat 3 calories too much, they get stocked as fat. You usually gain back all the weight and then some in a relatively short period of time.

    The only way to avoid this is to lose weight slowly and increase exercise. You have to double your heart rate for 20 minutes at least 3 times a week.

    I don’t really know very much about diet pills. I think they’re unhealthy. They’re basically legal “speed”. I used to be a medical assistant so I know that doctor’s don’t really recommend them. I have heard that the “Winsor Pilates” program works really well & the results are quick. I think Target carries one of the programs, but you can buy it online also. Anyway, here’s the site for the pilates…

    Weight Lifting is the best way to lose the weight, keep it off, plus tone up your muscles, I use a program called “The Firm” you see immediate results in less than 10 workouts. If you want a fast and serious answer than this is it. These are tough workouts but, worth it. Goodluck…
