What is the best way to lose fat from my butt and legs?

Is there anything besides cardio? I dont need to lose that much weight but I would like to lose some

    You can’t lose fat from one specific part of your body. Your fat is constantly being broken down and built back up, and your body distributes according to certain patterns…thus if you are genetically predisposed to having fat arms, it won’t matter if you keep working out your arms and not the rest of your body…fat from other parts of the body will break down and redistribute to the arms 🙂

    You can, however, tone your butt and legs more. This will make them look better, and you will lose some weight.
    Cardio doesn’t tone too well. I would suggest things like squats, and any machine in the gym that works out your butt and legs. There are tons of them especially if you go to a big gym like LA or 24. Make sure to work out all muscles evenly – that is, the gluts (butt), quads, hamstrings, and calf muscles.
