what is an easy way to loose weight fast?

i have gained weight over my monthly and i want to still fit in my clothes…so how can i loose weight… am willing to trie anything as long as it doesnt kill me…

    The doctor told me I had to lose 30 pounds or I would croak because of the strain on my heart. I have had two heart attacks in the last two years. What I did was eat steamed vegetables or stir-fried in a wok mixed with tofu and eat plenty of fruits. At the same time every day I walked two to five miles. I lost the 30 pounds in 30 days. I have kept it off and am now more fit than I was as a teenager. Also, cut out junk food and as much meat as you can. No beef or pork. Stick with chicken or fish with you vegetables. It works and it is fairly quick.
