Please. I`m desperate. I need to loose weight to feel better about myself.

    These are just some basic tips to help you out…I’ll say the same thing to you I say to everyone else on here and my clients.

    You need to eat less obviously. You need to maintain your muscle by getting stronger because muscle burns more calories, fat doesn’t. You need to burn more calories, do cardio at least three times a week. Eating healthy is a key and eating the same thing everyday helps get you into a routine. And the most important part is to keep yourself motivated. Set goals and track your progress.

    check out They have some wonderful calorie counters, that just help you think about it. i am having (have had) the same problem and i found the calorie counting to be enlightening, but such a hastle and this made it really easy. What i would suggest is just watching what you eat, and trying to mix in a little more exercise go for a walk take up a sport buy a bike, something you can do that will be fun, and help you feel better about you!

    Spend plenty of time doing vigorous exercise, outside preferably.
    And you’ve probably heard this a million times but eating a really balanced diet for your Essential calories will also help 🙂
    Rather than driving to the gym try going for a brisk walk or jog, or even dancing can shed a few pounds 🙂 🙂

Drinking plenty of water or diluting juice is a big YES as this makes you full and don’t need the food. Often you are thirsty and not hungry. Try and exercise. If you can walk to shop instead of drive then do it. If your not used to exercise, don’t try too much too soon. Change your diet little by little and exercise a little then add a bit more.     The best way to lose weight is to change the way you eat. Notice I didn’t say “diet” or decrease the amount of food that you eat. Instead you need to eat the right types of food, in the right amouhts and at the right times throughout the day.

    High quality protein in particular is helpful. Protein in the form of meat, fish and eggs not only increases satiety so you automatically eat less (without suffering!) but it actually stimulates fat oxidation. That is, it actually does burn fat! Calcium also stimulates weight loss – particularly when it is in the form of dairy products.

    On the other hand there are foods you want to avoid – grain products for instance and pretty much all processed and “fast foods” because they not only are unhealthy but they are definitely fattening.

    The amount you eat at one time also influences weight gain or loss. If you eat a lot at once you stimulate the release of insulin – a hormone that inhibits fat breakdown and causes fat synthesis. So you want to eat several small meals during the course of the day rather than one or two large meals.

    Exercise is also helpful, but you need to exercise the right way to lose fat. Research is increasingly showing that lengthy medium-intensity workouts are not the way to go. Instead, short, high-intensity workouts – otherwise known as interval training sessions – are much more effective for weight loss.

    I hope this helps. I’m afraid there is no really fast or easy way to lose weight (Fast weight loss usually means you are losing water as well as muscle and bone rather than just fat. This is undesirable!)

    On the other hand you dont have to starve or exhaust yourself at the gym. And you certainly can do it for free!
