What is a safe way to lose weight quick while ttc?

I need to lose weight that I gained to fit in a bridesmaid dress in 2 weeks! I am ttc I won’t know if I am pregnant until the week of the wedding and I need to lose about 5 pounds quick!

    losing water weight will do the trick… I can lose up to 5 pounds every day just depending on water weight alone.

    There is really no “quick” way to loose weight that is healthy… With that being said I suggest you do at least 30 minutes of cardio 2x’s a day, cut sugar and sodas out of your diet and drink lots and lots of water. Also watch what you eat and cut down your calories.

    That should help you loose the 5lbs you want to loose in a couple of weeks and is some what of a healthy way to loose weight.

    I agree that you can lose that amount just in water weight. Start eating super healthy and watch your calories. Drink only water…..and drink LOTS OF IT. Don’t have many carbs at dinner time….make that your smallest meal of the day. Exercise atleast 30 minutes a day 5 days a week. Seriously this works if you stick to it!!

    Oh yeah,and make sure most of what you eat is fruits or veggies.

    avoid carbs for 4 days up to the wedding. also, have no salt with your food, and do exercise but not too much- you could have more energetic sex: brilliant excersice and more chance of a baby!
