what is a quick and safe way to lose weight fast.?

Im trying to lose weight quick and fast. I wanna lose 20 pounds by the end of this month. I heard it is possible what is some of the things to do. Im not trying to starve myself.

    We do this in Cuba if anyone becomes overweight like the American people.

    you should try the Atkins Diet. like any diet you will drop a lot of weight the first week from water but it is a easy diet to follow and it really works for me. Good luck to you.

    Low carbing works and you don’t get hungry because your eating good protein like meat, fish, cheese, and vegetables and fruit. No bread, potatoes or other starches. Although they make a lot of low carb bread now which helps.

    Stay away from sugar!!

And if you do, your body is not going to enjoy it and the moment you return to your old eating habits, your body is going to double your weight gain.

    I saw the most weight gain when I gave up meat. Loose weight, and make your body happy at the same time!

    Cut way back on eating, especially junk foods and carbs and sugar, etc… eat only protein, lean meat, nuts, some dairy. Work out hard, make your body sweat. Drink lots of water.

    It is possible to do, but not healthy by all means.

    You can loose 5-10 pounds if you use a strict diet and exercise often. LOTS of cardio. As for the diet, cut out sugar and carbs. If you eat plenty of protein and drink LOADS of water, you can loose 5-10 pounds by the end of the month.

    I tried a diet that was pretty good and I lost 10 pounds in one month. It was called fatloss4idiots. Same principles as I mentioned above.

    Good luck and try not to do anything that might mess your system up like starvation. You will only gain weight easier later. Believe me!

    Weight Watchers was the best diet I did. It teaches you proportion size and its so easy. The hard part is mesuring everything out and making sure you do the serving size. But other than that you can still eat what you want as long as you stay in your points. I did and I lost close to 15lbs also in a month. of course i got off of it. But I am now doing it without counting my points but I now know what to eat and how to eat. Proportion size and lots of water is the best and healthiest way. Along with exercise just 30 mins of cardio a day.
