How can a lose weight fast and safe?
I want to lose weight but I am always snacking on foods. I am not way over weight, I used to play basketball and volleyball but since i have graduated from high school. i have gained a good 15 pounds. I just know if i stopped snacking all the time i would lose so much of the weight i gained but i can’t stop HELP!

You can safely lose up to 2 lbs per week. Get a gym membership and eat 6 small meals per day. That should help with cravings and hunger.

Hi! I used to have a simular problem, and I have a phew sugestions that I hope might help.
You could try making a power drink, its very healthy and simple to make, you just put milk, soy protein, Benefibre, banana’s, and barries into a blender and mix them together.
You can add anything else you’d like as well.
There is also Water Arobics, it is very fun and a good way to keep fit. There is also exersize CD’s that are availiable to buy as well.
You could also use a Hula Hoop that helped me a GREAT deal for losing weight.

You can lose weight by controlling what you eat. Means cut the snacks that you eat between foods and do some exercises like aerobics.
