What foods you recommend to lose weight fast ?

I’m planning to eat only 1000 calories a day what healthy food can I eat? I’m also a vegeterian I eat fish and eggs tho my mom force me too 🙁 I’m 16 I would greatly appreciate if you can give me examples of healthy meals ( also I work so south beach diet is not for me )
