What foods help you lose weight fast?

I’m really trying to lose weight before halloween so I can fit into my costume, ‘ve started a diet that goes something like this…

Breakfast-Black Coffee and a Bagel
Lunch-Salad with lemon instead of ranch, yogurt with granola and 2 boiled eggs
Snack- Special K bar
Dinner-Small piece of steak or chicken with some salad

Also all I’m drinking is water and I’m excercising 5 times a week.

What are some other healthy foods that will help me lose weight?

    cut out the bagel, the yogurt, the granola, the eggs, the steak/chicken.

    then add some self respect and start from scratch, eat healthy and exercise regularly. and be cool…stay in school.

    Sounds really good, but try to replace your bagel with instant oatmeal.
    Also, there are vinagarette salad dressings that are great for you that will taste better than lemon!
    Drink as much water as you can.

    Now if I could only follow this same stuff…

    The bagel needs to be gone. It’s all carbs/starches. Where is the protein in your meals other than a measly 2 boiled eggs? Get some protein in every meal. It will make you feel fuller longer and is very healthy (chicken breasts, turkey, fish etc)
