what are foods that help you lose weight fast?

i need to lose weight fast , and eat right. any suggestions dor breakfast,lunch, dinner , snack ; that will help lose weight fast?

    I suggest special K cereal in the morning
    lunch and dinner can be anything but needs lots of veggies.
    LOTS AND LOTS of water and green tea help.
    Weight training every other day and cardio for 3o mins every day will work. good luck 🙂

    Eat a banana for breakfast. It is high in fiber.
    Eat maybe a tuna “open faced” (one piece of bread instead of two)sandwichh with lettuce and no condiments for lunch. tuna absorbs fat. WHOLE WHEAT BREAD! NOW WHITE GRAINS AT ALL!!!!!
    Dinner eat whatever you think is Healthy! You know what is healthy and what isn’t. Just try to avoid empty carbs after 4ish when you wont be doing alot of physical activity.
    Snack eat fresh fruits and veggies. NO DIP! it is high in fat.
    Plain rice cakes every once in a while is good too.

    get some fiber in your diet.
    Fiber absorbs fat and moves it out of your intestines and prevents it from absorbing in your system. get some of that fiber powder, its about 12 bucks but its sooo worth it
    i was trying to lose weight and i read up here to put fiber in my diet back on dec 23rd, i started putting fiber in my diet and
    VOILA
    i lost about 20 lbs, no lie..try it, it works.. you can even see the grease in the toilet if you get the reccomended 30 grams of fiber daily also black beans has 15 grams of fiber in 1 cup so eat those as much as u can, thats a great food to shed weight and it has lots of protien which is a muscle builder, and muscle burns fat

    I cut out all fast food, junk food, etc.. I still snuck 2 cans of coca cola but anyway – I went grocery shopping and bought purely health stuff. Vegetarian burgers in the freezer section, tons of frozen veggies (the ones you can steam in their bag), lots of oatmeal, and bought a bunch of high fiber ‘snacks’ like “FiberOne” granola bars….also “FiberOne” imitation pop-tarts…I went to an all organic grocery store and bought tortilla chips w/ flaxseed and bought hummus to go with it etc…I’ve been eating nothing but super healthy food 3 times a day with a snack and voila – 5 lbs gone!
