What exercises should I do and what foods should I eat to lose weight fast?

I have a pool party the 21st and I am NOT bathing suit ready. I don’t have a lot of time. What can I do to burn fat fast. And what is the maximum amount of fat I can lose in time that’s healthy? Please help 🙂
