what are the best exercises to lose weight quickly?

i would like to lose weight pretty quick. does anyone know any exercises that will help me lose a pound every or every other day? i don’t like how i look and hopefully this will boost my self confidence. thank you everyone and have an amazing summer:)

    exercise is key, but you also need to change you diet. you want to burn more calories than you take in. first start by drinking plenty of water. try to get in 1 or 2 liters in before lunch so that it will fill you up and you will be able to eat less. drink green tea (the real stuff with less sugar or no sugar is even better) at least 3 times a day. water and green tea help speed up your metabolism. eat 3 meals a day, don’t skip any b/c that can cause you gain weight. or you can have 5-6 smaller meals a day by eating every 2 hours or so. also stop eating after 8:30 PM. you only want your metabolism to be working while you are awake. Eat mostly veggies and fruit. eliminate bad carbs such as white bread, white pasta and white rice, add in good carbs like brown rice, whole wheat pasta and whole wheat bread. Cut out all junk foods and sugary drinks.
