What are some weight losing tips that don’t necessarily include ‘dieting’?

    Choose healthy over sugary, processed foods. Try to eat more fruit – which has natural sugar, vegetables and proteins. Cut down you carbs but you don’t have to totally eliminate them.

    Stay away from soda, that alone will help you loose weight. If you add sugar to coffee, try splenda, and milk instead of cream. Take a look at what you eat, how you eat it, how you cook it. If it’s pre-packaged -it’s not good for you. It’ll be high in sodium and preservatives, hydrogenated oil etc.

    Natural foods – like were taught in school -the food pyramid. — Fruits, Veggies, Proteins! This will make a huge difference.

    lots and lots of working out! i know it can be hard but you gotta stay happy and if you wana lose the weight bad enough and tone up then you should have no problems with staying driven and determined!! you can do anything you set your mind to and i personally reccomend taking up dancing. it is the best form of workouts for a female and it is lots and lots of fun!! good luck!!

    You don’t need to diet to lose weight – just change the way you eat for good . Choose low fat over full fat, cut out chocolate, cakes, pastries etc.., eat more veg and fruit, oily fish, white meat..just small changes here and there will make more of a difference than what you think.
    What will make the most difference is exercise. You should do one form of exercise everyday even if its a brisk walk for half hour.
    Do these two thing together and you will lose weight at a steady pace and keep ot off!
