When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

just go running 4-5 times a week for 30-45 minutes….or go swimming or even surfing is a good workout for your core from what i’ve heard..could also try lifting some weights to build muscle (which burns calories faster than fat)

exercise and portion control. cardio really burns the calories fast. plus you need to do some kind of strength training—lean muscle increases your metabolism and your body will burn calories even while resting.

I have been a lacto vegetarian for a long time but found you can still gain weight. Now I have a very large percentage raw. I make sure I have adequate oils and nuts and dairy products. I have boundless energy and my skin has improved greatly and the weight certainly drops off. I still do the same amount of exercise which is mainly walking 50 to 60 miles a week

Tip: See the physique augmentation page and weight management page for enough information for you to accomplish the goals you state you have, with losing the extra ‘weight’ that you put on recently. Assuming it is fat weight you have put on recently that you are wanting to lose.

Theres also a FREE service (ask the trainer) where questions can be asked if you have any additional questions or problems I could assist you with.

Nutrition basics: Follow the 4-6 small meals per day rule and make all attempts and effort to eat every 3-4 hours.
maintain the 1,2,3 RULE for portion sizes. The 1, 2, 3 rule refers to the ratios between fat, protein, and carbohydrates. This helps you
determine “what” you eat.
