THIS MORNING Tuesday 29 Jan. Did anyone see the article about the woman who lost weight? what is the diet?

I was off work yesterday and got the rare chance to watch daytime tv. I think it was this morning, they had a diet nutritionist who was helping a woman “get the balance” of her eating, she lost weight I think about 23lbs in 3 weeks and she did lots of walking. Can anyone tell me who the guy was I would love to give the diet a go.

    Simple diet.

    Do lots of walking (or other strenuous activity)

    and eat a healthy balanced diet

    Well the balance is no trick. What got me off yo-yo dieting and pills was using a product that was recommended here on Answers. I now use exercise at home through the P90X from and for weight loss by using recordings for being satisfied on eating half portions, eating more healthy with less sugar, and drinking more water I use the recordings from Using your diet will just put back on the pounds within 2-3 weeks…..
