Please help, whats the easiest way you have lost weight?

I am constantly being called big by this one boy , it makes me so unconfident. I have had problems like this for so long and he is the first one to actually start telling me i’m big I’m so frustrated with this i don’t know what to do anymore. All my friends tell me to ignore him but somehow i can’t stop myself from crying about it.

Someone please give me some easy diet plans ???

    seeing that you’re posted this question, it means you’ve got the magic box ‘the internet’. Go online do some search for some good exercise and diet plans. And don’t let this little ***** take your confidence away. He can say what he wants, he probably got a problem himself and is projecting it on you. And yes YOU CAN IGNORE HIM. It’s very easy just project your attention on something else when he starts. He probably don’t wear underpants or something…Chin up now!

    The key word is Boy. He isn’t a grown up and is probably a school bully so finds something to call you that will hurt you the most. If you let him get to you, then you’re letting him win.

    well there is no easy way to lose weight sweetie and from the question you have posted I’m not even sure you need too. he is a bully and bullies can not be allowed to get away with what they do. so believe in yourself, be happy and true to yourself and only lose weight if it is what you want to do.
    Lastly report this boy to someone – school, his parents or whoever is in charge of where this is happening.

    The best diet plan is to eat a healthy diet and exercise daily. Drink plenty of water and eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Exercise does not have to include trips to the gym. Simply taking a thirty minute walk daily can improve your health.
    Let’s face facts, everyone is created differently. Some are tall, some are short, some of us are built to weigh more than others. Please do not jump into a crash diet simply because some jerk enjoys humiliating you. The most important thing is to be health and active.

    It’s simple in theory hun, you simply have to eat less and move more….brisk walking is brilliant for losing weight and toning up a little….and it’s free!Plus, knowing that you’re doing something good for YOU will give you some extra confidence.I’ll bet you’re a heartbreaker and he can’t have you :o) ignore the childish so and so.If you’re in school and he’s doing it go to a teacher,bullying is taken very seriously these days.Good luck sweetheart xx

    First of all, no one is perfect. If you asked a hundred people and they all answered honestly, they would all have some issues, whether its excessive sweating, weight issues or skin problems etc. You have to try and learn to like who you are and become comfortable in your own skin, and do the best with what you have. I know it sounds like a cliche, but its true!
    Second – no good diet is easy. You could take tablets or a fad diet to lose weight, but its not a very safe way, and the weight will go straight back on when you stop. You are best to do it the traditional way – at least 30 minutes of exercise every day and healthy eating!
    As for this boy… he probably is attracted to you and tries to hide it by picking on you… its a very common occurence, believe me!
    I bet you look great anyway without losing weight, buy clothes that fit instead of being skimpy, build up your confidence and you’ll go far!

    Im not going to give you this uplifting speach. im going to tell you straight. You will not lose weight fast, ever! especialy if it is to stop this boy teasing you. The only way you will ever lose weight is if you decided YOU want to be healthier and happier with YOURSELF and it will take a healthy diet and some exercise. it is that simple. I f you feel like that will take too long or you cant be bothered to go the long way around then you are lacking motivation. What i want to stress is that this boy is just voicing your own worries. Dont blame him, he is just a nasty piece of s**t. You need to get your ass in to gear. One week will fly by, then a month and before you know it you will be what YOU want. Maybe this boy is simply your motivation to do something.

    running matey or cycling, anything like that. anything that will get your heat-rate up for a while will help you lose weight. also change what you eat to more healthy things. drink water, no soft drinks(soda’s). no chips and fried foods ect. good luck mate.
    give it your all!!!

    I’m so sorry to hear that you have to go through with that. My boyfriend was on the “big” side when we first met, and the best thing I would say to do is to:

    -Make sure you eat your 3 main meals a day and eat healthy snacks in between if you get hungry (When you eat, pace yourself. Focus on chewing and don’t eat too fast so you don’t end up over-filling yourself.)

    -Do some sort of physical activity a few times every week (example: walking, jogging, jumping around 🙂 Anything to get your heart pumping.)

    Don’t worry about going on a diet. Some diets out there can be too crazy and dangerous. Try to keep things natural and don’t change too much of your normal lifestyle.

    I hope that helps a bit. It may take a while for you to lose weight, but you WILL get there.

    And don’t let other people let you down. There are always going to be rude people out there. Just remember there are always nice people around too 🙂

    There are no easy ways and there is no quick fix! A University of California study last year demonstrated that 2 in 3 dieters with your attitude ended up heavier!

    The problem with your question is that if you look in “search for questions” it comes up 30 times every day. I have had some criticism for repeatedly using the same answer, but since I am happy with my answer, and the questions are the same, I don’t see the issue with recycling the same answer.

    ‘Diet Pills’ gives 607, Green tea 482, Hoodia 195, ‘pink patch’ 119, ‘Xenical’ 91 ‘Reductil’ 78, ‘Slim fast’ 215 (and Slimfast 69 ), lipotrim 44 and ‘orlistat’ 40 . Do you spot a pattern here? OMG that is 60,000 questions with the same basic theme, wanting to lose weight!

    Here comes the only answer, no tricks, no pills, no short cuts, If you really want to lose weight, loose weight, not be too fat or overweight, follow these instructions carefully:-

    1) Eat less
    2) Take regular vigorous exercise

    Repeat 1 + 2 forever

    he’s a prat ignore him.the easiest way i lost weight was by having a gastric bypass operation.i was 25st and i am now 10st.not for everyone but its worked well for me.
