Is there any way to prevent sagging skin while dieting to lose a lot of weight?

I don’t want to have to cope with huge amounts of loose skin afterwards and would rather prevent it as I go along.

    see a doctor and ask to see a skin specialist, it might be that you have to lose weight very slowly so that your skin adapts.

    Also, exercise so that muslce replaces fat and keeps things firmer.

    I lost a lot of weight and I prevented my skin from sagging by putting coconut cream on my body. I have heard that piles cream works to to prevent sagging because it tightens up the skin but I never tried it. Also exercise is good to tighten up the skin and turn some of the excess fat into muscle.

    The best way to do this is to loose the weight slowly, I know thats not what you really want but in the long run its much better for your bodyand you are also more likely to keep it off. The recommended weight loss is 2 lb per week, if you loose too much too quickly your skin WILL go saggy. Also excersise is an important factor, keeping your muscles toned and your skin healthy. A good moisuriser also helps, Bio oil is great. Good luck and remember Take it slowly. 🙂

    If you exercises and tone it should be ok.
    I brought a stepper from argos and it is like one of those Thermal thigh trainers where you step on it and just walk up and down and it moves side to side. It is fun, easy and I pop on it for five mins at least five times a day it has toned my legs, tummy and arms as it gives an all over toning and exercise.
    Low fat diet and exercise regular will do it.
