So far I’ve lost about a stone and i’m now about 150 pounds. I don’t really have any loose skin now, but i’m scared that if i carry on and lose a further 20/25 pounds i’ll end up with loose skin?
I’m not losing weight really quickly or anything, i lost a stone over a 3 month-ish period. So what do you think?
I try to exercise when I can (gym when i have time, exercise dvds)
Will i get loose skin all over my belly? How can i prevent this?
