Is there a way to speed up my body fat loss?

Well i exercise a total of 80 minutes a day, 20,20,20,20, i do 10 minutes on the exercise bike adjusing intensaty every few minutes, then i do 10 minutes of weight training. i have lost 1 stone so far.. but i want to lose more.. faster.. i know losing weight is a slow process, thats why im wanting to know is there a way to burn more body fat and faster?

    yeah, goto and read about the cutting diet. Then goto and goto the forum and read there too. Exercise bike doesnt burn much calories. Do something else and clean up your diet

    Instead of 20,20,20,20, I would do this: 40 minutes of low-intensity cardio on an empty stomach in the morning. Then I would do weights for 40 minutes 3 days a week, lifting as heavy as you can while keeping good form.

    Your diet will need to be good too, I suggest eating wholesome foods like oatmeal, whole grain bread, chicken, tons of vegetables. Stay away from processed foods and fast foods and drink only water.

    If you follow the routine I listed above and make the diet changes I recommend the weight will come off fast. 1 stone loss is already good, the key is to shake things up when the progress slows down.
