Any activity that keeps your heart rate up for prolonged amounts of time helps burn lots of calories. Kick Boxing will help tone your body because you will be training with your own body and not weights (by preference). If you want to really lose weight wear a sweat suit that will help you lose even more calories and water weight, just make sure you stay hydrated in the process (Hydration starts days before intense exercise, by the time your thirsty it may already be too late. Alternate electrolytes (gatorade, powerade, ect.) and water. Too much of either, can have adverse effects )

Well its certainly a fun way of losing weight…don’t know about whether its a fast way though?? It depends on the speed of which you do it and for how long.
It will give you strong legs and help with balance and agility 🙂
Do any exercise that gets your heart racing and do it for a long period of time and try to sweat.
As long as your heart rate is up and your eating right then weight will drop.
You can do fast swimming, running, skipping, sun salutations, dancing etc
