Targetted weight reduction is quite tough, many would declare impossible, nevertheless I shed a few inches from my waistline by following the instruction on the web resource in the box below. Give it a try, their help is very sensible!

All the doctors and dieticians say targeted weight loss is unlikely, especially in the waist and belly areas, but I achieved it with acai berry. I know they say that pills won’t work, nevertheless they sure worked for me, and they’ve been showcased on CNN too. There is a free trial happening at the moment at http://tarots.wholesalefitness.info , why not try it, what’s the worst that could happen?

Situps build muscle, not burn fat.
It won’t do anything but build muscle underneath the fat.

doing the sit ups will develop the muscles under the belly fat, but you will still have to do aerobic type excercises to lose the fat. (running, etc)

it will only help tone your tummy.. swimming, running ect will help… have a routine and stick with it… eat just fruit veg and drink water of the 1st 2 days of a starting month.. this detoxs the body (becarful can irratate bowels!!!) drink plenty of water.. it actually burns calories to drink lots of water.. when the water is cold and your body is warm your body will use calories to warm the water up… up to around 2 litres a day should do… baring in mind exercise you will drink quite a lot anyway.. sticking to that and doing situps will help lose weight and also tone so your not flabby.. eat 5-6 small meals a day, and if you feel hungry have a glass of water 1st as the body mistakes thirst for hunger.. you may be eating when it is not necessary… good luck

you could do 1000 sit ups a day and you sitll wouldnt lose the fat on your stomach. the way you could lose fat on your stomach is cardio/sports ( running, jogging, cycling/soccer/basketball/football/volleyball)

also eating healthy. no more eating fried foods like mcdonalds or pizza. they just add more fat to your stomach.

eat 5-6 meals a day, not big ones, small ones. the reason is if you eat 3 meals a day your body thnks it needs to store fat because it thinks you wont be fed for the next 3-5 hours and stores fat. if you eat 6 meals evenly spread through out the day your body will stop storing fat because it is constantly bein fed.

keep count of how many calories you eat & with exercise you will lose around 1-2 lb a week, this is a healthy amount to lose.
