I need to loose 15 pounds?! Help me eat healthy?

I am 14. My BMI is almost 24. I am 5 ft 3 and 133 lbs. This summer vacation i didn’t eat too much but the problem was eating unhealthy! I know that i need to loose about 15 lbs. I think i will loose weight once i start dance 5 times a week again, but I really need help with my diet! last year i was anorexic and i’m just now recovering! I have a very slow metabolism and because of this i am gaining weight quickly! I am currently eating 1600 calories. Food doesn’t really appeal to me anymore, so i just eat whatever sounds good. I know NOW that i need to eat healthier to loose weight.
HOW MANY CALORIES SHOULD I EAT DAILY?!
