I need a SPECIFIC meal plan for fat-loss and muscle gain (primarily fat loss). Know where to get one?
I’ve asked before, but I need a SPECIFIC meal plan to follow on a daily basis of EXACTLY what to et, when to eat it, and how much of it I need per meal. Does anyone have one/know where to get one?

also remember there is no diet that will help you, you need to run or jog and lift weights also.
