Gaining muscle and Losing fat simultaneously is unachievable it’s a proven fact, but my question is…
can you beat this paradox by stacking muscle gainers and fat loss supplements to work hand-in-hand?

    You can’t? Hope nobody tells my body that because I’ve lost a lot of weight and gained a lot of muscle by eating 30% protein, exercising, and eating sedentary maintenance calories. I’ve never lost any weight using fat loss supplements. Well, I lost some weight, but it was all out of my wallet.
