i dont have alot of time to exercise. how do i loose weight quickly?

i dont have the money for expensive procedures either

    that’s the only way for lazy people..
    don’t eat too much carbohidrate, sugar, fats etc…
    but excersice do helps you lose weigh faster
    p/s: swimming can burn fats faster

    Eat lighter.Cut out soda’s and drink skim 1% milk and water of ocurse.And try eating grilled chicken and fish for meats,and veggies of course oh and 1 cup of fruits.and do situps before bed and stretches.Also buy some 5 pound weights and do squats and arm exercisizes.Before u go to bed is when I exercise try that and eating what i told u and you’ll b slim in no time!
