dont eat. thats what i do. but i dont recomend it. you find yourself always teird and have no energy and relying on a cup of tea and diet coke to give you energy but even that doesnt help. plus, many people say you develop an eating disorder through it. personaly i dont have one but you might develop one. when you start eating again you will put the weight back on quickly and then you will have to lose it again by not eating.
it isnt the best way to do lose weight, but once you start you cant stop. it is the quickest way to lose weight though. i have lost about a stone in less then a month.
im trying to be like those people who say ‘oh thats unhealthy’ because i hate it when people do that as well. but it would be better if you eat healthy but you know, its your choise.

it’s crazy but vinegar helps burn belly fat just a shot a day & water pills will get rid of bloating. Cut out soda’s & drink only water & walk or jog dnt stop eating or anything like that cuz you will put that weight back on eventually

eat 1200 calories and run 2 miles a day , and btw its actually healthy! Good luck!

eat less, eat the required amount everyday
i lost like 20 lbs from just eating klondike bars for breakfast and (say i was having tacos or something) only like 1 or a serving for lunch and dinner
just make sure you burn more calories than u eat
excercising couldn’t hurt either
weight lift and just do a lot of reps of weights that arent hard to do
even fat people can lift weights
20 reps x 95 lbs will make u lean whereas 5 reps x 140 would just give you bigger muscles and more weight
