    Stop being an idiot.

If you try to starve yourself skinny, you won’t actually get skinny. You’ll lose a lot of water weight, maybe even achieving your goal, but you’ll still have a bunch of body fat on you. Fast weight loss does not make you skinny, period.

Personally, I hope you try to anyway. Natural selection is a beautiful thing; there’s something almost poetic about a vain little girl starving herself to death in hopes of looking good.

Okay Sarah, I won’t tell you not to do it in an unhealthy way. I advise people on healthy natural ways to lose weight and keep it off. I guess that’s not your thing though. I’m sorry to waste your time
with this message but it always worries me when I read stuff like this.

I just want you to know that I wish you all the best and I sincerely hope that you stay healthy and
    take good care of yourself!

Even ignoring the stress you’d be putting on your liver in trying to lose weight that fast and the risk of developing gallstones… even forgetting all health risks there’s two reasons you shouldn’t lose weight that quickly that you seemed to have missed.

Losing weight quickly screws up your metabolism. Not just for the duration that you’re starving yourself, but for several months afterwards. If you lose weight too quickly you’re losing muscle as well as fat, and the amount of muscle you have on your body is the biggest determinant of your metabolism. The more muscle, the faster you burn calories. Lose muscle and you’re slowing down your metabolism. That means not only is it going to be harder to lose weight you’re going to but it back on so much easier than anyone who lost weight the healthy way. In fact the long-term success rate for anyone losing weight too quickly (significantly faster than 2lbs per week) is extremely low. And those who put the weight back on usually add a few extra pounds.

The next, and more painful reason that you have to accept is that if you want a permanent change to your weight, you have to make a permanent change to your lifestyle. Yes, it sucks, but if you crash diet for a month and go back to how you’re eating now or even tell yourself once you lose the weight you’ll eat better (which no one actually does, because they still haven’t taught themselves how to eat properly!) you will get no where and will be right back where you started.

Yes, I know it’s tempting to want to get rid of the weight as fast as possible, and there’s nothing stopping you from losing the weight in 4-5 months if you start now, but if you want to be successful and stay that way, it’s got to be done right. I don’t say this to be mean, but I say it as someone who took a decade of crash dieting to figure out. I’ve finally clued into why dieting doesn’t work – and I’ve lost 92lbs in the last 11 months.

Sarah… You should not lose weight using the unhealthy way because you will get a lot of trouble because of it. I’ve heard enough story of people treated in the hospital because trying to lose weight the wrong way.

Just stick to healthy diet and routine exercise to lose weight naturally. Your body need time to gain weight so your body also need time to lose weight.

Try to collect some information about exercise, there are a lot of things that you can do at home. Extensive research has been done on exercise and plenty of this information is easily available. You can try browsing the net or getting a book or two on how to exercise at home. This information will be useful to you to know how much you need to work out on each specific exercise in order to burn off the desired number of calories.
