How Can I Lose Weight Quickly? What Exercise To Do?

Right im 16, and im 12 st 5, and im fed up of it, im not confident with my body at all, i look like a fat blob, and it really gets me down because all my friends i hang around with are skinny and muscular, i was just wondering if there are any quick diets around that actually work? and what sort of exercise i can do to lose the fat? many thanks x

    Hi !

    I lost 105 pounds in 1 year….and still counting.

    I started out by eating a high fiber breakfast, now I eat 2 eggs and 1 toast with coffee, or Mal-O-Meal with coffee.
    Drink 3 liters of water every day and eat big salads; I mean really big, filled with any lettuce you like or cabbage, carrots, onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, tofu, chicken breast, tuna ETC.

    I had a treadmill and the dvd KickBox BootCamp. I would walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes and do 30 minutes of the dvd M-F. Now I jog 3 days of the week and use Day 1 of the 30 Day Shred.
    I used to eat candy on the weekends, but now I count my calories so that I eat less than 1,200 calories everyday…and that includes a cookie or Kit Kat Bar.

    I prefer a low carb approach. Try either a cycled keto diet. for a full ketogenic diet. Carbs under 100g a day, with high protein and moderate fat. this should work very fast.

    long distance 3km/5days/week at a slow pace + good healthy diet = proteins and vegetables

    The time you spend eating, spend twice exercising or doing something at least
    good luck

    Graze 5 to 6 times a day. Instead of sticking to just three meals a day, try grazing. Grazing means try having 5 or 6 smaller meals instead of three king sized meals. It is an excellent way of having smaller quantities of food.
