I have recently lost weight and need to tone up!!? Help?

I have reecently lost weight and feel great for it but I need to really tone up, I dont have time to go to the gym so what exercise should I do in the house to tone my bum, thights, upperlegs, upper arms (bingo wings) and tummy?? Any suggestions would be great!!

    First of all, you have to know that building muscle is actually way more straightforward than most people think.

    Here are a few quick tips for you:

    – Focus on free weight compound exercises
    – Train with a high level of intensity
    – Keep a training logbook and focus on improving each week
    – Don’t workout more than 3-4 days per week
    – Train your ENTIRE body rather than focusing on “showy” muscles
    – Stick to low to moderate reps (around 5-7)

    Firstly..well done for your weight loss!!!
    I swear by running….it works every muscle, including toning your abs which most people do not realise, it’s free and the benefits are amazing. Also skipping is also a great way to both burn fat and tone those problem areas us ladies have!! U could also invest in a medicine ball another great way to tone up without spending alot of money. Or lastly how about a workout DVD or a WI FIT?
