How to loose weight? Exercise Plans!?

Okay, I have the potential to have a very hot body frame, I got long sexy legs that are longer then my moms! I am very tall for my age but only a couple problems my inner thighs, little gut and that is about it and I guess my arm they are a little chunky but I know I can’t just hit one desired weight goal, so I would like workout routines, and exercises and stuff like that! Cause I want that perfect body and also I want a flat stomach NOT A GROSS LOOKING ONE THAT MAKES ME LOOK SICK Skinny! And I play soccer, I love soccer

    cut out anything that you know you are bad for you. Anything fried, anything high in sugar. Eat things with lots of fiber in them i.e fruit..
    eat smaller portions to what your used to, and you will loose about 10 kg, in 2 months:D it worked for me.

    Yogic Diet

    This is very important, if you wish to get back into shape and develop a healthy, slim and shapely physique. Let your diet be Yogic and Sattvic (pure, light and predominantly vegetarian). This means plenty of raw foods – salads, sprouts and seasonal fruit – vegetable juices, dried fruits and loads of water.

    Avoid potatoes, peas, chick peas, grams, peanuts, all non-veg fare, fried, fatty and spicy foods, junk / fast foods, packaged foodstuffs and confectionary products. Also keep away from milk and milk products such as cheeses and butter. But you may have plenty of diluted buttermilk prepared from skimmed milk. Avoid snacking between meals and, as mentioned before, never skip a meal.

They have programs at your local gym that are cheap and should put you on the right track. Pilates is one of the greatest programs I know of to get that strong, sleek sexy body all over.

    Loosing weight fast is always an unhealthy thing.
    There are many diets who tell you that you can loose a lot of weight in no time. And it is working, but you are doing no good to your body. And there’s also the Jojo-effect.
    The best thing to loose and hold a healthy weight is healthy food, less sugar, lots of drinking water, and sports.
    Diet has to begin in your head. And you already started to think about your nutrition. That’s an important step. It is too easy just to make a magazine-diet for 2-3 weeks and loose some weight. But it will come back soon again. If you are over-thinking your nutrition and activity, you will have a constantly good result. Isn’t that much better and healthier than a crash-diet ?
