What crash diet and exercise can i do to lose weight quickly?

im 22 and weigh over 15stone im 5ft 5 and im a size 20. This is the fattest i have ever been and i feel so ugly and disgusting, i found a photo from when i was 19 and i looked so pretty on it i feel like im not that person anymore and feel like that its so unattainable to ever be that person again, ive always struggled with my weight but ive never been this fat. Im 23 in May and desperatley need to lose weight before this, although im not stupid and i know im not going to lose that much in that short a space of time. Ive been to all the slimming clubs and even the doctors but its not working, i used to make myself sick and really feel like im gonna do it again because i just dont lose weight quick enough on them, i cant afford to go to the gym and feel like people are laughing at the fat cow trying to lose weight if i go running then get puffed out after such a short space, i dont want to hear about crash diets are bad, i want to hear about crash diets that will give results.

    Try Kathy Smith’s Jumpstart Diet… type it into a seach engine and it should come up. This isn’t really a crash diet, but you can lose about 10 lbs in a week and will have ALOT of energy…. it indeed gives you a JUMPSTART!!! Hopefully it will inspire you to continue to eat right and exercise. Try some gentle exercise like walking. Leslie Sansone makes some great videos where you can walk a mile right in your own home. Good luck with it.

    Yeah you will loose weight on a crash diet but as soon as you come off it you will put all the weight back on.

    If you want to do it the sensible way(the only way that will work and be permenant) . You need to eat healthy food like fresh fruit and veg, carbs and protein. Don’t skip meals because it will only make you hungry and binge on bad foods. Eat one main meal of breakfast, lunch and dinner and if you feel hungry between those times snack of healthy snacks like fruit.

    Never miss breakfast as it is the most important meal of the day and really sets you up for the day ahead. If you miss breakfast your body goes into starvation mode and hangs onto the fat and it will also make you binge later on.

    Drinking lots of water helps keeps your energy levels up, makes your skin nice and clear, takes away bad mood swings, improves concentration and helps you loose weight.

    Exercise is really important as it helps you burn calories. You sound unfit so if you start running you will get puffed out in a short pace of time.You need to get fit to be able to run. Start walking in the park for an hour and once you feel fitter start power walking( a form of fast walking) and gradually build up your fitness. Include walking into your daily life. Walk everywhere. Walk up the stairs to your flat instead of the lift, up the stairs at work/college/university, get off earlier on the bus etc.

    You’re 23, you should be out enjoying yourself and feeling good about yourself. Its such a shame not to do anything about your weight if its making you so unhappy.

    I know you said you went to the doctor about your weight, but how about going to the doctor and tell him/her that you have made yourself sick in the past and sometimes feel like doing it, maybe they can recommend you to a specialist.

    Lots of people have been your weight and managed to loose weight, so it’s possible for you to do it to. Don’t give up whatever you do and if you end up binging on some bad food don’t beat yourself up about it, everyone has bad days.

    Think raw veggies and a bit of meat for each meal. Chose lean meat for this, chicken breast, turkey breast, eggs, lean cuts of beef or pork work too. Keep the protein portion down to the size of a deck of cards but eat as much veg as you need to feel satisfied. Eat at least four times a day to ensure you don’t feel too hungry and don’t drop your metabolism into starvation/fat hording mode. Cut out all the starchy stuff, bread, potatoes, the lot. Dairy, dressings, sauces are also out for this diet. Be sure to drink nothing but pure water and reward yourself with occasional raw fruit.

    Stay active. If you sit at a desk during the day, take every opportunity to get up and stretch or take a short walk. Stairs are your friend. Carry things with you or wear a backpack as you walk (a few litres of water gives you the added weight and quenches the thirst) as every bit of lifting will add to your muscle mass effectively raising your metabolism. Dancing is even better. Having people around and lots of music will take your mind off a feelings of deprivation and lift your spirits while you burn off pounds.

    eat six or seven times a day.(small portions).obviously breakfast ,lunch and dinner.but eat inbetween meals…example some fruit,nuts,banana….ect.but the whole thing comes down to portion control.dont be to concerned with carbs,fats,protiens,calorie intake right now,…unless you know about them?if you dont, then for now just do the portion control thing,and in the mean time educate yourself about good food eating.
    also,exercise, try for at least 30 minutes a day,walking,jogging,biking..or whatever….but get out there and move!
    if you do all this everyday you will see results and feel better pretty fast.
    also,try to drink plenty of water every day.

    p.s. dont be hard on yourself……..and dont quit!!

    never crash diet!i did years ago and got so hungry i stuffed my face,felt guilty and then became bulimic its not worth ih,just gradually cut down and keep up the exercise its far more healthy

    Crash diets are only a temporary measure and are usually not very good for the system…..Get protein from fish, salads and all the boring stuff that no one likes….stop taking sugar, use Hermesetas substitute………..starving yourself will only reduce the body muscle and is not a good idea…..walk for one mile each day until you feel able to do more, use stairs and not lifts and most of all……………

    Take phentermine !!!! It is the only thing that has worked for me to lose weight fast, of course you dont keep it off you gain it back a few months after stopping the pills but last summer was worth it . I went from size 12 to size 6 in 5 months and was able to walk proudly in a bikini for the first time in my life.     drink a lot of water and start walking everyday. you will lose weight quick at first and then it will slow day. take it one day at a time and watch your calorie in take. you do not have to belong to a gym to lose weight.
