Huh? Trying unsuccessfully to loose weight.?

Hey, I’m 17. My height is 5ft 5 and my weight is just over 13 st. So that leads me to having a BMI of over 30. I have grown up always being the ideal weight. My weight gain can be blamed on many pathetic excuses (hormonal injection, polysystic ovaries, lots of stress, erratic changes of diet and exercise etc.) but coming up with ideas of how I put all this weight on so quickly isn’t going to help me loose it.
I used to weight 10st 4lb before my first injection, then by the second it was 11st, thought nothing of it until shortly after the second injection I was dangerously close to 12st.
What I don’t get is that my body went from a size 10-12 to a 12-14 when I got up to 12st, but hasn’t gotten any larger since the 12st mark, just a bit of an increase on my stomach and breasts, but that’s hardly nearly two stones worth of weight right? :S
So now I’m keeping on the fight to loose weight, and have managed to go down to 13 st exactly at one point, but somehow I keep putting the weight back on. I don’t do midnight snacks, I’ve dumped chocolatte, drink plenty of water and replaced snacks with fresh fruit, blah, blah, blah, my diet is fine at the moment so I guess that’s helped me go close to 13 st. I do my 3 sets of 20 crunches every day attempt ten press ups in the morning too, do my wii fit routine at least four or five times a week, and go for a jog at least once every two days. So why on earth can’t I loose weight?????
My doctor just waved me off saying it was difficult for people with Polysystic Ovaries to loose weight and said I’d have to try harder, but I’m sure plenty of women find it easy to loose weight with this condition. I am under a lot of stress, and I don’t know if this will effect how much I loose weight. But I’m out of ideas. I looked into the NHS website, and found out that they could give me a gastric bind that would help me on the way to loose the three stone but I have to be eighteen!!! I need to loose this weight, it has affected my self confidance, my social life, I get out of breath doing exercises that I would have found a doddle beforehand, I get tired way too easily, and I get chest pains, I don’t want to get servere health problems at 17! And not to mention loosing weight will help with my polysystic ovaries so that it wont be so hard for me to concieve in a few years time.
So anyone got any brilliant ideas, or links to websites that do please tell me, and if any doctors here have a clue why my body hates me please let me know too.
