How to loose weight while walking 6 miles a day. Also trying to find what food to eat to loose weight quickly? I really can’t work out because I have no way or anywhere to go. I am in desperate need of help? Can anyone help?

    running is great to lose weight, if you can’t run eat low calorie walking will burn some, yet again running will be faster and more effective
