I’m 16 and have a BM! of 19 and want to know how i can loose weight quickly. Thanks!

    If you have a BMI of 19 you don’t need to lose weight. Try to focus on something more productive, like school, friends, fun, charity work.

    your bmi is 19? get off the grass. put wt on you duffer. you don’t want to look like a pre-pubescent boy do you? where is the attraction in that. bones sticking out are unattractive. such a turn off. exercise by all means but for crying out loud eat.

    Eating less but more often, drinking water instead of soft drinks, not eating after 6pm, exercise (3-4 times a week), eating sweets max. once a week/better than not at all since we use to get this “lust” for things we are not supposed to eat 🙂 (so only a LITTLE!).
    However, good luck even though – with your BMI you are too THIN to lose weight!

    19 is seriously underweight. Stop losing weight, it’s either a psychological issue, or you’re obsessive about it. You need to be gaining weight! See your doctor over how to build up some muscle mass, and get back into the normal region of 21-24! Cheers, and best of luck,
