How to lose weight without telling your mom?

I want to lose maybe 5 pounds.
But, I don’t want to tell my mom, because it would just go down some road I don’t want to go down.
So does anyone have an easy way to lose some weight without it being noticeable to a parent?

    Cut out between meal snacks. Exercise a little more.

    just tell her you want to be healthier, and work out a little more and maybe eat a little less.. by a little i mean a little! 5 pounds will take some time if you loose it slowly your parents wont notice 🙂
