How to lose stubborn belly fat quickly?

I would like to know the easiest way if any in losing stubborn body fat around the side and belly area. I’m 6ft 3in, age 18, weighing 195. I’m currently eat low carb foods, drinking mostly just water (a lot of it) and trying to get right (which I am). Is there any thing that could help lose this fat? I was once chubby at the age of 14 weighing at around 245 pounds but I dropped that weight and I’m stuck with this extra fat around my belly basically. Is there any way I can lose this quickly? I do cardio work out and lift weights on a schedule that I have so I’m well fit for the most part.

It sounds like you have excess skin, not belly fat. You can’t spot reduce just one area of your body.

If you’ve lost that much weight (kudos, by the way!), it’s probably extra skin from when you were overweight. The skins stretches to meet the changing size of fat and muscle, but unfortunately, cannot “un-stretch” itself when large amounts of weight is lost.

yea..for sure..here’s what you do..if you have those yoga balls..then do crunches on that..it burns like no other..only hardcore workouts that work the abs will get rid of it..also, eat properly..u should be fine in no time..i started with 5 sets of 10 crunchs and then increase the reps and stuff..
