    My belly fat is melting away from riding an exercise bike every day for 30-50 minutes depending on how I feel that day. I go to the YMCA nearby and use the kind that has a back rest and watch TV while I ride it.
    I have been doing it for two months now and there is a drastic difference already.

    To lose fat quickly you need to put out more energy than you take in. Simply put, eating right and excercising will allow your body to lose weight. However, it is not an overnight transition, the process will take several months to visually notice a huge difference. You just have to stick with it and know that it will pay off. Good luck!

    I hear regular stomach crunches do wonders…but they have to be combined with sensible eating, and cardio….like jogging, aerobics etc.

    I also read somewhere that those big exercise balls are very useful for this purpose.
