How do you lose belly fat quickly?
I know you can’t target a specific area directly when trying to reduce body fat, but is there a workout to reduce upper body fat… In the Last few months i have lost about 25 lbs. but its weird because my arms are slimmer, my legs are thinner, but i haven’t really lost weight from my mid section or where my man titties are lol, i mean i have lost some there but not significantly like other areas… i have mostly been doing cardio, you know running, jumping rope, and others… but is there something to work more upper body and yeah… thanks

Run, forest run! Get off the computer and Run!!!! Just run and jump and don’t stop at the hotdog stand just run and pump iron.
