How to lose fat? fast, easy, and emo style?

Ok so I am 165 and I’m 14 (please don’t judge). I am always the goth/emo/screamo looking girl and I don’t care what people think of my style but I do want to lose weight; a lot of weight. I want to lose my stomach fat and thigh fat. I don’t want to have abs either. Is there anyway I can lose this fat in a few weeks and healthy. I can’t exercise 30 minutes a day so eating healthy is my only option. I want to look kind of emo (so basically almost a stick) but yet eat. Any ideas or options you can give me?

Please…don’t go emo. Its a passing fad, and the jeans look ridiculous. Nobody likes a stick girl…trust me. Eat healthy and be yourself. Exercise 4-5 times a week and eat a few hundred less calories than maybe you do now, but no more than that. Aim for a pound a week, which is realistic and not dangerous. It takes time…
Here is a popular way to calculate losing weight:

    160 lbs (72kg)310 cals x 6 meals = 1900 cals

try cutting down on calories, and eat fruit when you are hungry. and if you just want to eat, DON’T! maybe chew a piece of gum, or drink lots of water. sometimes you think you are hungry but you are just thirsty. also, try asking this question again without putting the “emo” in it, cause most people won’t know what you mean by emo style and stuff.

You’re not going to lose that much weight on diet alone unless you literally do not eat. You need to eat to live, hence you need to exercise to lose that much weight.

If you stick to eating mainly fruits and veggies (WITHOUT dip and NO creamy dressings on salad), whole wheat bread and whole wheat pasta, grain cereals, low fat yogurt, and other nonfat dairy products, you could lose a small amount of weight in those few weeks. But your body will not get toned at all, and this will likely not result in a whole lot of weight loss.

You need exercise. Why can’t you exercise 30 mins a day?? At age 14 your day can’t be that busy that you don’t have an extra half hour in your day. I hope it’s not because you don’t want to put in the effort. If you don’t want to put in effort, give up the idea of losing weight. Even if you can do jumping jacks, pushups, crunches, and planks in your room, that will be a start (you are female, you won’t bulk up or get really muscular just from these exercises). You can skip rope outside or at least try speedwalking to school or the mall or your friend’s houses instead of getting a drive/taking the bus. Maybe find a friend who wants to lose weight too and you guys can motivate each other to exercise.

Well first of all, you want to eat 3 evenly proportioned meals a day. Breakfast must include lots of protein like cheese, eggs etc. Eating sugary breakfast foods is very bad because your body needs the protein to stay mentally and physically stable.

Lunch: try to have some protein and something green. like salad with cheese grated on it, or pieces of chicken. Try to have home made dressings or low calorie dressings like balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Once again stay away from sugary foods. One food beneficial for loosing weight is chick peas.

Dinner:You want some meat for protein, something green. try to stay away from boxed foods with preservatives.

DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF! If you starve yourself your body goes into survival mode so next time you eat your body will store the fat and you will not loose any weight. Also skipping meals can result to over eating, which is unhealthy.

Try not to snack in-between meals. this is the hardest part for me, but whenever i get hungry, i eat a spoonful of peanut butter. that will get rid of the munchies. Or munch on nuts. Even make a small salad when you can’t satisfy your hunger.

Try to fit some daily exercise in your life. Eating healthy alone is great, but your body dose need some help to loose the weight. Go for a jog/walk 3 times a week. doing 20 sit ups a day will tone your body. it will not give you abs right away, so you have nothing to fear.

Listen to this advice and you will hopefully feel great in a few weeks and in a few months you should be thinner.

    Good luck!

Gonna have to agree with everyone here on the exercise. Particularly aerobic exercises(Jumping rope, walking, jogging, biking, swimming). These will almost never give you conspicuous muscle tone and are easy to do. As far as diet goes, try to avoid fatty meats for your protein. Fish is great because it has protein and omega-3 acids. Chicken is also a good meat for its low level of fat. Eat as much vegetables and fruits as possible, and drink LOTS of water. Try to always have a glass or bottle of water to sip throughout the day.

Ignore Ronald McDonald. You don’t have to eliminate fast food completely, but you should avoid it at all costs. Most of it is nasty, bad stuff anyway – if you’d even go as far as to call it food. If you’re looking for convenience, find a more convenient meal source. Besides, most of what they serve would be considered “food product,” not food. There’s a gigantic difference as far as your body is concerned. Your bloodstream does not have taste buds, need I remind you?

Click on the link below for some awesome stomach exercises (you’ll see/feel results in 24 hours), but for starters:

Knock out cheese. There is nothing good for you in it and it just bloats your stomach. You need dairy, but not all the unhealthy fat that comes with it so always drink 1/2% or eat light yogurt. Make sure there are green vegetables in every single meal and get 30 minutes of cardio a day.

all you have to do is be yourself, you don’t have to be skinny to look a certain way people will say you have to be skinny to be “emo” but i think that those people are stupid! secondly if you want to lose stomach and thigh fat all you need to do is exercise and eat healthy which means, no panda express, McDonalds, or any other fast food. eat veggies and a eat food in moderation take a break from carbs and go on a healthy temporary diet but you can’t give up with exercising if you say you want to lose fat then you have to be willing to not give up and stop exercising it will take some time. Im 14 too and teenagers and kids have high motabolism or how ever u spell it lol) but the more you exercise the more fat u will burn

I’m going through the same thing. The only advice i have would be eat smaller portions, drink water, AND DON’T snack no matter how tempting. And if you can try doing a little running or walking, u’ll be on your way.
