How to lose fat around the waist and thighs?
I have inner thigh fat and…. I’m trying to lose a bit of weight around the waist. I have a jelly belly, a belly pouch, whatever you wanna call it, I wanna lose it! I’m aiming for a flat stomach so i can get my belly pierced. Any suggestions? Like exercises and such. (besides sit-ups lol :P) Oh yeah and I’m a teen.

You cannot spot-lose fat. It’s not possible. You can firm up certain spots, but you can’t do it to lose fat. You need to eat well, do cardio, and do muscle-toning exercises. If you’re a teen, I would recommend doing yoga for the muscle-toning. It’s low-impact, soothing, and it will help you maintain flexibility.
