How to loose weight from my hips and stomach?

Ok so i have got alot of fat around my hips and stomach and i was wondering if any of you had any excercise tips or ideas on anyway at all to loose the weight please comment please no comment with that whole buy this to loose wait things it would also help if the method worked quickly as summer is approaching thanks 🙂

    VERY low sugar and LOW (not none) Carbs. Also try to stay away from white/enriched wheats and beer. Also do some cardio and weight training Good luck! I’m sure you will look Fabulous.

    Hip and stomach is the main place for increase your fat. I suggest you to reduce your diet and do exercise every day. do Running 30 min per days and also do some abd exercise at the end of exercise.

    ok, i can grantee you lose all that extra weight and drop sizes in under a month just by not eating sugar! It works wonders, you just don’t eat candy bars, cereals with sugar, etc…
    You can still eat natural sweeteners like honey but you cut out things with direct sugar. After the first 2 weeks you can see major results. After the first week you stop craving sugar, its super easy and you lose tons of weight. while staying healthy and it doesn’t cost a thing.

    uhm well theres these belt things that help u sweat more round ur waist so that may help shed water weight although u have to buy it i doubt it cost more then a few bucks combine that with ur work out. and try to stay away from foods that make u retain water.
