How to quickly loose weight from your legs?
Hi!
I’m 14, 5’8 foot and weigh 119 pounds.
I’m not fat but all of my fat lies in my legs and they are a bit pudgy.
All my friends are so thin as and I’m going away with them for 2weeks in 8 days, I’d like to loose some of the fat from my legs.
Would you have an exercise or routine that would help me loose this weight and it needs to be quick as I’m leaving in 8 days….

Running would be the best way. Don’t do a sprint, do a jogging for longer duration. That will burn more fats.
