How to loose weight fast in the waste and hips?

I wanna loose a few inches off of my waste and 20-30 pounds. But i only have a treadmill and a bike. Can u give me wht do do and how long to do it and how many times a week. And i kno to eat right. Please and thank you!

    Eat less, move more. Eat four to six small meals a day with breakfast being the largest and dinner the smallest. Eat the majority of your calories early in the day. Avoid sodas and junk foods.

    It really doesn’t matter what type of exercise you do, as long as you do something. I didn’t get any formal exercise during my weight-loss period… I was on my feet for 5-9 hours a day, 3-5 days a week, but outside of work I did little activity. Now, to help keep the weight off (though my new eating habits take care of that for the most part), I go to the local trails park for an hour or two nearly every day. Exercise doesn’t have to be lame or hard–It can be fun.
