How to get a 4 pack and lose fat?

ok well, im about to be 13. i want to be fit. im 4’8.. (short) and weigh like.. 103 pounds. My family says im fat, thats why i want to lose some weight, i want a 4 pack and lose MOST of my fat. I do push-ups, sit-ups, and run on my treadmill. What esle can i do to lose the fat and get a 4 pack?

    it sounds like you’re doing everything you need to do. you are at a healthy weight for your height. you’re still growing and don’t need to lose any weight. i would recommend leg lifts and flutter kicks, they’ve worked for me =)

    Stop eating starch which is rice, bread, potatoes, and anything that seems fattening. JUNK FOOD! bad bad bad!
    IF YOU are really serious about losing weight drink lots of water daily eat fruits, veggies, lean meat like chicken and turkey, and make sure you stay off fried food! Also, do not eat out they put bad things that are bad for your health in the food trust me it will work wonders and fast food restaurants stay away from them! dont forget to excercise at least 4 times a week.
