What is the faster way to lose fat and get six pack?

Hi, I am 15 years old and my weight is 55kg. I have a big belly. I want to get six pack… can anyone tell me what exercise must i do to get six pack?

    You need to lose fat and tone your muscle.

    Do cardio to drop the fat and then do crunches, reverse curls and oblique twists to tone the abs.

    You have to do the cardio, there is no point working the muscles when there is fat on top of them.

    Just do a lot of crunches. Day in and day out, just do crunches. When you wake up, do 100 crunches; before you go to school, do 100 crunches; when you get home from school, do 100 crunches; before you go to sleep do 100 crunches.

    But listen to what I say, anything that makes you lose weight fast is not good for you. Weight loss is a gradual process which requires patience and hard work.

    I recommend doing the ab boot camp, alot of models and body builders use it as well as normal people who want a great stomach to show off! The Ab Boot Camp, has some dietary suggestions of cutting back on sugar and drinking more water then for at least 3 days of the week do the ab boot camp along with 30 minutes of cardio that day. You should see results within a month if your stomach is not covered with a layer of fat, if they are then I recommend keeping up with cardio to burn the fat!
