How to deal with the tiredness, weakness, sleepiness after stopping smoking?

Everytime I quit cold turkey-I cannot tolerate the patch or gum- after one or two days I am wiped out physically. I then go back to smoking as I can’t live in bed.

What herbs, vitamins, supplements can help with this?

Coffee isn’t the best option as while it does give a boost it causes a horrible crash.

oh, I had the very same problems when I was still trying to quit the cigs, dang I know how hard it is.
A friend recommended meditation and it has been very effective for me. Whenever I used to have the urge to smoke or when I feel the anxiety of needing to smoke is creeping in, I sit back for a few minutes, collect my thoughts, and re-assess why I have to go over this.
I got the program I used from the link below, in case you’re interested.

Maybe taking a multi-vitamin daily will help, and as hard as it is keep exercising. If cold turkey is too hard for you however, and you don’t want to use the patch or gum (i understand that lol), there is a new drug out that you take for a week that helps you to quit. My aunt was smoking a pack of 40 a day and she has quit. Go to your doctor and ask about it, I can’t remember what it’s called sorry. It’s a bit expensive but well worth it in the long run.

    Good luck!!!!
